Extremely Reasonable

My furnace was making a rattling noise so I reached out to Rhino since I’ve used them in the past.

They were able to get out the very next day (Friday after Thanksgiving) to take a look. It wasn’t an emergency so I thought that was extremely reasonable, especially for black Friday. Turns out it was the fan which would have cost about half the price of a whole new furnace. We opted for a new furnace with a new 20-year warranty. They were able to get it installed almost immediately and hauled away the old one.

Ryan and Jeremy provided excellent service, as usual, with very reasonable prices. Will use them in the future and recommend you do too!!!

Impressive Customer Service

Up-front disclaimer – I didn’t use Rhino Heat and Air. But I wish I had.

I talked with Ryan about replacing two units at my house and they had very competitive pricing. I had a late entry (recommendation of a friend with personal ties to this other entity which has been in business for decades) that I wound up going with. This other company had a slightly better deal, but I found out after the fact I’d gotten a heavy friend discount. The install process and quality of work of this other company (Not Rhino) were lacking.

Long story short – I should have gone with my first choice and stuck with Rhino Heat and Air. I have another house and will certainly be reaching out to them when that unit needs to be replaced. Ryan and his people were quick and responsive during the quoting and research phase and I was impressed with their professionalism.

Quick Service

Rhino Heat and Air was amazing!!! Great price for replacing the A/C unit and they did it in 2 1/2 hours. I rent properties and this was a rental. In the middle of summer. Rhino Heat and Air gave me a price that was better than the other 3 HVAC businesses and they replaced the next morning. I have done HVAC and went to school for trade. These guys are true Professionals! Thank you, guys!

Incredible & Neat

We have used Rhino Heat and Air for several years and needed their services once again due to the recent winter storm. We lost our heat in the evening and Rhino had our furnace working by noon the next day. Considering how there are multiple households all over the area that are losing heat, their response time was incredible. Top-Notch Service

My husband and I highly recommend Rhino Heat & Air. This morning, we woke up to a chilly 62* home. Of course, in the middle of what (will be) the worst snowy weather OK has ever seen & we were stressing. We gave them a call and they were out to our home within hours to fix our heater. The service was top-notch. Jeremy was extremely professional and understanding. He was not pushy and there was NO price gouging involved when the supply & demand is obviously high. This family-owned business went above and beyond for me. they were at my house quickly spent two hours troubleshooting, being extremely thorough trying to save this single mom from having to buy whole new heating and air system. when they had to give me the bad news that I needed a new system, the very next day in 19-degree weather they were at my house to install the new system. they worked from the time they got there to the time they left. made sure the heat was working and the house was warming up. exceptional customer service, friendly, knowledgeable workers.

Super Reasonable

Holiday weekend and the AC went out. I called this morning and they had my AC back up and running by afternoon! They were very responsive and easy to work with! And super reasonable especially considering the holiday weekend. I won’t call or recommend anyone else!

Courteous and Professional

I had a recommendation on a company in Edmond but wanted someone local in the Moore area. After seeing all the great reviews, my son and I chose to call Rhino. Colton came that afternoon quickly diagnosed replaced the bad capacitor. Colton was especially courteous and professional. He could have easily told me my unit was bad and I would have believed it and spent a lot of money since the unit is 20 years old. Easy Process

Our heating & a.c. unit went out. Austin showed up quickly after being called, diagnosed the issue thoroughly & explained the problems well. We ended up having to upgrade our unit. The process was extremely easy & Austin was very helpful. They stayed late through the evening and took about 3 hours to get the old unit out and install the new unit. Confident Service

Austin was amazing, he came over in a couple of hours to give me a second opinion. He was thorough, friendly, and confident. He offered me a better AC and it was $2,000 cheaper and then he said he would install it that night. It was late on a Friday night when he finishes but my wife and I got to sleep in nice cool air. Clean and Professional

I recently contacted Ryan regarding the installation of a new HVAC system for a property of mine in Norman. He scheduled a premise visit and arrived on time. He explained the reasoning behind his recommendations and answered all of my questions. There was zero pressure during or after the visit. Ryan had pricing details and options the following day. After we agreed on the system, Ryan and his crew were able to come out a few days later to perform the install. We were converting (my choice) from a downdraft (floor vents) to an updraft (ceiling vents) and installation still only took just over a day. Clean-up and testing were thorough and Ryan assisted me with some manufacturer’s rebate forms the manufacturer was promoting. Ryan and his crew are honest, dependable, and hard-working. I will use Rhino for future property renovations I have as well as for my personal home.

Great Communication

I could not be happier with the service and product that I received today from Rhino Heating and Air-conditioning LLC. Austin and Ryan do amazing work and were very polite and courteous. On his first visit, Austin took it upon himself to identify and correct a plugged drain pan in my attic (that had been leaking into my garage) that others had ignored, on a visit for a free quote! They were great to communicate with and had my new air conditioning units installed in no time. Before finding Rhino, I had two other companies quote me a price and Rhino save me a small fortune and provided higher quality products. Fast And Efficient

I have had several close friends who have used Ryan and his team at Rhino. So today when our a/c stopped working he came highly referred. It’s not always easy to get someone out quickly in evening hours and on a Sunday night at that. Ryan came to our rescue in no time at all and got us fixed so I wasn’t having to take 2 kids and 3 dogs to a motel for relief in the middle of August. His will definitely be a number I save on my phone for future needs.

Incredible & Neat

I contacted several local heating and air companies to get a quote for a new heating system for a new 30×50 workshop. Ryan met with us quickly and designed a system that gave us exactly what we wanted. His quote was so good that he convinced us to go ahead with the a/c at the same time. They worked quickly and we had a complete system within two days. The team was very professional and followed up with me throughout the whole installation knowing I was out of town at the time.
